IWDD Approved

The Rancho Ventura 12 IWDD has been officially recognized by the County! We couldn’t have done this without the help of all of you. Over 2/3rds of all property owners signed YES, a tremendous achievement – in the middle of a pandemic! If you haven’t already, you may take down your Save Arcadia signs. Thank you to everyone who supported this effort, especially the volunteer assistance of our neighbors Anita Fogarty, Felipe Hernandez, Laura Stover, Meghan Smart, Natalie Lahr, Nathan Hubbel, Ryan Bloker, and Steve Hausofski.

We are excited to reach this last hurdle in securing a better future for the neighborhood. Our neighborhoods IWDD will manage the major irrigation infrastructure for 170 homes within Arcadia Corners. Irrigation water saves our residents over $1 million dollars yearly in water costs – while providing the beautiful green streets, cooler temperatures, and the higher property values Arcadia is known for. For now, nothing will change on your end. We don’t know when we will receive money from the County for repairs, but before that kicks in, we don’t anticipate needing to do another door-to-door collection ever again. First we need some time to formalize before we can get back to you with more information, but please note the (under construction šŸš§ ) website www.arcadiacorners.com, which we will use as the official board for new information.
