The Arcadia Corners Neighborhood Association offers a raffle for a free planted tree to residents with irrigated lots, promoting tree planting to combat the loss of mature trees. Non-irrigated homeowners can enter for a group discount. Various tree species are accepted, and specific rules apply for participation.
In 2024, two repairs on Avalon were completed, leaving $900 for summer. A meeting will discuss 2025 rate increases to fund an emergency reserve, with a proposed $20/yearly increase per household. Efforts to enhance neighborhood safety, infrastructure, and beauty, including tree plantings and grant applications, continue.
