Notice is hereby given to served residents and general public that the Rancho Ventura 12 IWDD will hold a meeting open to the public Sunday January 14, 2024 at 10:30 AM. Meeting location at 4126 E Pinchot Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85018.

Agendas are available at least 24 hours prior to each meeting at the irrigation sign-up board at the south alley of 4143 E Avalon Drive in Phoenix, Arizona and on the internet at www.arcadiacorners.com.

One or more Board members may attend telephonically. Board members attending telephonically will be announced at the meeting.

The Board may vote to recess into an executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the Board’s attorney on any matter listed on the agenda pursuant to A.R.S. §38- 431.03(A)(3).
