a. Reviewed against ledger.
b. Discussed whether audit applies and confirmed after reviewing ARS 48-
253 it does not.
c. Discussed whether ledger should be submitted with Report by deadline
and confirmed we did not do so last year, so it will not be. Also, the
County keeps the ledger so it seems duplicative.
d. Discussed Part D needing to note that the Cash Basis of Accounting was
included.
e. Discussed Part E and whether we should mark as “N/A”. We did not last
year, so it will be left blank.
f. Discussed beginning fund balance from 7/1/2024 and having Annual
Report match up with 2024 Annual Report. - REVIEW OF MEETING WITH IRRIGATOR
